Bridal Makeup in Cornwall

Your wedding day is one of the most special days of your life, and my job is to make sure you feel like the very best version of yourself, confident, comfortable and still completely you.

I specialise in soft, natural, long-lasting bridal makeup that looks beautiful in person and photographs perfectly throughout the day. My approach is always calm, friendly and unhurried, creating a relaxed atmosphere on the morning of your wedding so you can enjoy every moment of getting ready.

Based in Sennen near Penzance, I provide bridal makeup right across Cornwall including St Ives, Falmouth, Truro and surrounding areas.

My Bridal Style

My signature style is soft, natural and effortless makeup that enhances your features rather than hiding them. I want you to look back at your wedding photos in years to come and still feel like you, just a little more polished and glowing.

I focus on:

  • Natural, glowing skin

  • Soft, flattering eye makeup

  • Makeup that lasts all day

  • Makeup that looks beautiful in photographs

  • A look that still feels comfortable and like you

Bridal Trial

I always recommend a bridal trial before the wedding day. This gives us time to create your perfect look, make any adjustments, and make sure you feel completely happy and confident.

Trials are relaxed and enjoyable, and it’s also a lovely chance for us to meet properly before the wedding day. We’ll talk through your ideas, your dress, your colours, and the overall feel of your wedding to make sure everything works together beautifully.

On The Wedding Morning

Choosing your makeup artist is a big part of your wedding day. You want someone whose style you love, but also someone you feel comfortable with, as I’ll be there with you during some very special moments on the morning of your wedding.

My aim is always to create beautiful, natural makeup and a calm, friendly atmosphere so that you feel relaxed, confident and ready for the best day.

A Little Note From Me

On the morning of your wedding, my aim is to create a calm, organised and enjoyable environment while getting everyone ready on time.

I will arrive with plenty of time, set up my kit, and work through the morning in a relaxed and organised way so that everything runs smoothly and you can just enjoy the experience.

Many brides tell me that the morning getting ready with their bridal party is one of their favourite parts of the whole day, and I feel very lucky to be a part of that.

    • Email support and a customised wedding morning schedule
    • Single-use lashes chosen to complement your eye shape and overall look

  • Your preview is a great opportunity for us to meet, get to know each other and bring your vision to life together.

We’ll talk through your desired look and spend time creating something that feels completely you. Bridal previews typically last between 1.5–2 hours, and I’ll send you a short prep guide beforehand so you can get the most out of our time together.

I usually recommend booking your preview around 2–4 months before your wedding day.

  • Bridal makeup usually takes around 1–1.5 hours.

Bridesmaids and mothers of the bride or groom typically take around 45–60 minutes each.

All timings are planned carefully in advance to ensure a calm, relaxed morning with no rushing.

  • I’ll arrive around 10–15 minutes before the first appointment to get set up and organised.

To help everything run smoothly, I’ll need:
    • Good natural light
    • Enough space for my chair and makeup kit
    • Access to a plug socket

(I do carry a small extension lead, so don’t worry if the nearest socket isn’t close by.)

A quieter area away from lots of foot traffic works best where possible.

We’ll then work through a pre-arranged schedule to keep the morning calm and on track. Once everyone is ready, I’ll carry out any final touch-ups before you leave to enjoy your special day.

  • Yes — I come to you.

I cover South West Cornwall including homes, holiday accommodation and wedding venues.

Travel fees are calculated based on distance and will always be clearly outlined within your personalised quote.

Bridal previews are usually held at my studio in Sennen, although I’m happy to travel to you if preferred (travel fees would apply).

  • I can usually accommodate up to six people on a wedding morning depending on ceremony timings.

For larger bridal parties or earlier ceremonies, an assistant artist may be required.

I’m happy to organise this on your behalf, or you’re welcome to arrange one yourself — whichever works best for you.
